Ms Usman has completed her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from S.I.E.S College of Management Management Studies, Mumbai Ms Usman has more than 24+ years of experience in providing strategic leadership, project finance, debt restructuring and treasury management across banking and non-banking finance companies At Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services Limited ('IL&FS'), her key responsibilities included debt structuring, project finance and corporate fund raising through capital market and other debt instruments across infrastructure verticals. Since October 2018, she is a key member of the core team engaged in the resolution of debt of IL&FS group, under the supervision of the new Board appointed by the Government of India

Mr Gaurav Khungar is currently serving as Non-Executive Director of of IL&FS Urban Infrastructure Managers Limited.Mr Khungar has completed his Masters of Business Administration (Post Graduation) from the University of North Carolina, USA Mr Khungar's current role requires operations and asset management of a portfolio of IL&FS entities. Mr Khungar is designated as a CEO at IL&FS. Prior to his current role, Mr Khungar held very senior positions with the Big Four Firms and Financial Services Companies. He held the position of Senior Partner PWC, Managing Director at O3 Capital, Managing Director at Religare Capital Markets, Senior Partner at KPMG and Head of Strategic Advisory and M&A at Rabo Bank. He has experience in Capital raises through Initial Public Offerings, Private Equity, Venture Capital and Debt, Investment Banking and M&A Mr Khungar has over 26 years of experience in managing all aspects of a business/portfolio of investments with an enhanced ability and motivation to create wealth through operational and financial management of businesses

Mr Arvind Iyengar is currently serving as Non-Executive Director of IL&FS Urban Infrastructure Managers Limited Mr Iyengar has around 20 years of experience in Real Estate Investment Management, Business Development (Infrastructure Sector) and Project Management (Logistics Sector). . He has been closely involved in the Real Estate Fund Management activities since 2008. Mr Iyengar was part of the Real Estate Investment Team which managed around US$ 1.5bn in AUM. Mr Iyengar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical) from Sardar Patel University (Gujarat, India) and Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Mumbai (earlier known as NITIE)
